HOUSE RULES/ REMINDERS: -Guests agree to arrive 4pm or after on arrival day & to leave anytime before or at 10am day of checkout. -Please keep all vehicles in designated parking areas at all times and not in alleys or on neighbor’s property. -Please take off shoes anytime when entering the house. -Please make sure you keep all food in the dining/kitchen area and out of the rooms. -There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. We also have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs/weapons in the house/property. Failure to abide by these rules may result in a $1,000 penalty. Thanks! -No pets are allowed in the house unless agreed to by the homeowner or manager. -As our guest, you agree to pay for any damaged or missing items, or damage to the house. -We reserve the right during your stay to have access to the house for repairs or other necessary reasons. -Please use all appliances according to their intended use. -Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. -We pride ourselves on hosting visitors in a fun and safe environment. Any guests who stay with us must always abide by all local and state laws. Guests must be respectful and considerate of all other guests, hosts, neighbors, and any people in and around the house/property at all times. Any guests who do not follow these rules, will be asked to leave immediately without refund. FIRE SAFETY: Please remember to turn off all appliances after use and to make sure you keep paper products away from hot appliances. Please be aware not to overload any room, bathroom, or house power outlets. CHECK OUT REMINDERS: We appreciate you taking good care of our home and leaving it as close to how you found it as possible :) Checkout is at 10:00am on the day of checkout. Please bag and take out any and all trash from the house and knock out any and all dishes. Cleaners will arrive at the rental at 10:00am to get the house reset for our next stay. SAFETY AND LIABILITY REMINDERS The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests on the property are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Any visitors staying at our home releases hosts from all liability relating to injuries that may occur. By making a reservation, guests agree to hold the hosts entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. By making a reservation, guests also understand hosts are not responsible for any damaged or stolen goods, items, vehicles, or property of any kind. By making reservation, guests forfeit all right to bring a suit against hosts for any reason and will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to guests verbally. Guests will also make every effort to be in compliance and obey any and all local laws, booking site policies, and house guidelines/rules as well. By making a reservation, guests agree to ask hosts for clarification when needed. We want you to have a great time using the home, we just want to make sure it is a safe trip as well!
